★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El chico fue muy amable, pero UPS extravió mi paquete y me dan muchas largas para resolver dónde está mi paquete en servicio al cliente dicen que 8 días hábiles de investigación y si llamas a los 8 días te dicen que son 15 días para resolver, se supone que pague para una entrega urgente y me cobraron muy caro, ahora no tengo paquete y tampoco me devuelven mi dinero. Nunca jamás volveré a usar UPS.
The boy was very kind, but UPS lost my package and they give me a lot of time to resolve where my package is in customer service they say 8 business days of investigation and if you call after 8 days they tell you that it is 15 days to resolve, Suppose I pay for an express delivery and they charged me very expensive, now I have no package and they do not give me my money back. I will never ever use UPS again.
