★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todo muy bien, la recepción excelente, archivo igual excelente, pero siempre el granito en el arroz una enfermera super grosera con mi mamá literal la trato como tonta, y aparte le dio un medicamento para 45 min y regresó por ella hasta las 2 hrs,,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tardamos 20 mintuos en entrar y que nos entregaran una radiografía. Excelente principio y atenciones de principio a fin.
It took us 20 minutes to get in and get an x-ray. Excellent start and attention from start to finish.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chafisima servicio , te atienden mejor un simio que esos doctores’ les hablas para una emergencia y solo les preocupan a la hora que salen a comer’ ineptos y sin corazón , no hacen su chamba por ayudar al otro la hacen para sacarte dinero y burlarse de ti’
No los recomiendo para nada
Chafisima service, an ape treats you better than those doctors' you talk to them for an emergency and they only worry when they go out to eat' inept and heartless, they don't do their job to help the other they do it to get money from you and make fun of you'
I do not recommend them at all

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima experiencia el día ayer que me realice una prueba de antígenos "rápida" los doctores muy profesionales amables eso sin duda pero su logística malísima
Mi prueba me la tomé a las 3:30pm me comentaron que en 3-4 hrs tendría mi resultado que es un tiempo válido.
Transcurrió ese tiempo y nada, marcaba y me daban largas hasta que el laboratorio abrió el día de hoy al siguiente día a las 7 am pude tener mi resultado en mi caso fue positivo pero yo tenía que saber desde ayer para mí incapacidad o si hubiera tenido un viaje ya lo hubiera perdido al no tener el resultado en tiempo y el tiempo que ellos me dijeron ni siquiera fue una PCR

I took my test at 3:30 pm I was told that my 3-4 hrs would result that is a valid time.
He spent that time and nothing showed and gave me long until the laboratory opened today to the next day at 7 am able to have my result in my case was positive but I had to know since yesterday for me incapacity or if he had a trip already had lost not having the result in time and the time they told me was not even a PCR

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Súper mal te citan a una hora y ya tengo más de una hora y cuarto y no me llaman. Se pasan , ya se parecen al seguro social . Nada lo recomiendo
Super bad they quote you at an hour and I already have more than an hour and a quarter and they don't call me. They pass, they already look like social security. I recommend nothing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio pues vas con cita y te tardan horas y horas esperando y aun mas el típico q se les descomponen o le fallan los aparatos y todavía esperar más cuando vengan traigan se su lonche x mínimo 4 a 5 horas para q te atiendan

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sacsmos cita para resonancia 6 días antes, llegamos y nos tuvieron esperando 1 hra, mi hijo con luxación de rodilla y no les importa, cuando por fin salieron por Él me dijo la Srita que tuvieron pacientes de ambulancia.
NO RESPETAN LAS CITAS
We made an appointment for MRI 6 days before, we arrived and they kept us waiting for 1 hour, my son with a dislocated knee and they don't care, when they finally came out for him, the lady told me that they had ambulance patients.
THEY DO NOT RESPECT APPOINTMENTS

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fuimos por un examen y todo bien rápido y profesional lo único malo fue que sale la enfermera/técnico a la sala de espera y me hace preguntas acerca de mi historial médico frente a todo el mundo. Creo qué deberían de tener un poco más de respeto al paciente.
We went for an exam and everything was very fast and professional. The only bad thing was that the nurse/technologist came out to the waiting room and asked me questions about my medical history in front of everyone. I think they should have a little more respect for the patient.
