 Despite having an appointment, you have to wait at least an hour, when you speak they tell you that you must be punctual at the indicated time.

Good doctors, it hurts that the wait is too much up to two hours despite having an appointment, there are so many doctors and there is only one. Out of 5 appointments I've always been a person is annoyed by the wait.

The doctor and his staff do not have the slightest respect for people's time, they give you an appointment at an hour and they have you waiting for more than 1 hour to attend you, the doctor and his staff need better management of their schedule

Si tuve que esperar buen rato pero ganaron mi confianza los Drs.
Mi tratamiento lazer fue todo un exito.
De -4.75 a mejor de 20/20.
Estoy muy satisfecho espero que el staff siga mejorando.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buenos médicos y el personal muy amables y muy atentos. Me hicieron cirugía en mi ojo izquierdo que ya estaba por perder la visión en ese ojo. Después de examinarme y encontrar el problema me explicaron detalladamente cual era el problema y el procedimiento que se requería para corregir mi visión. Después de la cirugía me siguieron dando atención hasta asegurarse que me visión estaba corregida. Gracias a su atención mi visión está mucho mejor que antes. Definitivamente tiene mi recomendación
Very good doctors and very friendly and attentive staff. They did surgery on my left eye and I was about to lose vision in that eye. After examining me and finding the problem, they explained to me in detail what the problem was and the procedure that was required to correct my vision. After the surgery they continued to give me attention until they made sure that my vision was correct. Thanks to your attention my vision is much better than before. You definitely have my recommendation.
