★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoy tuve la peor experiencia de mi vida en este lugar, mi hija salió de la escuela a las 4 p.m. y como a las 4:40 aproximadamente la empiezo a notar ronca y ojerosa. La llevo al área de respiratorio a las 5:20 aprox. Y estaba atendiendo la " doctora " Tapia y me dice prepotentemente que por qué la llevo tan tarde, que ella ya se va y que si quiero solo le puede revisar rápido por qué tiene prisa, negándole una atención digna para mi hija de 13 años. De verdad que lástima que "atienda" este tipo de gente. Si algo le sucede a mi hija hago 100% responsable a esta persona por negligencia médica

Toda mi vida laboral he tenido contacto con el imss y había oído comentarios negativos de SSA (del imss también ).
Ahora doy fe que,al menos aquí, no tengo queja alguna.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fuimos únicamente por un certificado médico, llegamos desde las 2 de la tarde y la doctora que nos atendió del Consultorio 8 llegó desde las 2:30 y en cuanto nos acercamos fue muy grosera y se tardo 1 hora por paciente, contemplando que la mayoría ya se había ido por lo mismo que no se veía pronta atención aún así nos tardaron mucho en atender

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vine con mi hija aplicar la vacuna de Covid, la cual fue Pfizer y para adultos mayores están aplicando Cansino.
Menciona la Doctora que para los que tenemos jóvenes en el consultorio 7 les dan pláticas de métodos anticonceptivos y les resuelven dudas. Que lo ideal es que para los que tenemos menores de edad vengan acompañados por un adulto.
