★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala experiencia pedí una reparación de un electrodoméstico y solo me estafaron y eso que tengo garantía llamo y me comunican con el supervisor Victor Trejo y nunca contesta o me comunican con el técnico Carlos Olguin y solo dice que la refacción no llega o que tal día llega y nada no tiene la amabilidad de dar la cara pedí la recomendación a Elektra ellos me los recomendaron quedaron mal y Elektra se deslinda del mal trabajo que ellos brindan abusados y no contraten sus servicios.

I asked Elektra for a recommendation. They recommended them to me, they turned out badly, and Elektra dissociates itself from the bad work that they provide abused and do not hire their services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ EL servicio lo fueron hacer puntualmente, pero nunca quedó bien la lavavajillas, llevo un mes tratando de que vayan a hacer valida la garantía pero nunca llegan, y hasta cuelgan el teléfono. Los técnicos ni pertenecen a la empresa. Se anuncian como servicio autorizado whirpool pero es pura mentira.
The service was done on time, but the dishwasher never turned out well, I've been trying for a month to get them to validate the guarantee but they never arrive, and they even hang up the phone.
