★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El centro es nuevo, lo acaban de abrir por estas fechas así que apenas van teniendo piezas en inventario pero te ofrecen conseguirlas de almacén lo más pronto posible. Muy amables y te brindan una atención cordial.
The center is new, they just opened around this time so they barely have parts in stock but they offer to get them from the warehouse as soon as possible. Very friendly and they give you a cordial attention.

De inicio busqué algunas agencias por este medio y vi en otras algunas malas reseñas que son muy propias de los centros de servicio post venta de motocicletas, lo cual me hizo seguir buscando y encontré este centro de servicio con muy buenas reseñas de los clientes.
Efectivamente al llamar me atendió Manuel muy amablemente, le pedí agendar una cita para recibir mi unidad y así de rápido me dijo que tenía un espacio disponible una hora después y de inmediato fuí, al comentarle sobre lo que necesitaba mi moto, me explicó todo lo que conlleva el servicio y me dijo que regrese en 1 hora por la unidad.
Al regreso encuentro mi moto súper limpia y lista, efectivamente habían terminado y procedió a explicarme todo lo que le hicieron y algunos puntos en específico que me agradó hayan tenido el detalle de checarlos.
Les puedo decir que de muchos centros de servicio que conozco, éste definitivamente es excelente y se nota que les gusta su trabajo, un nuevo cliente satisfecho y por supuesto que se los recomiendo al 100%.
I want to share my experience about this service center since it was very pleasant.
At the beginning I looked for some agencies through this means and I saw in others some bad reviews that are very typical of motorcycle after-sales service centers, which made me keep looking and I found this service center with very good customer reviews.
Indeed, when I called, Manuel answered me very kindly, I asked him to schedule an appointment to receive my unit and that quickly he told me that he had a space available an hour later and I immediately went, commenting on what my motorcycle needed, he explained everything to me. that carries the service and told me to come back in 1 hour for the unit.
Upon returning I find my motorcycle super clean and ready, indeed they had finished and he proceeded to explain everything they did to him and some specific points that I liked that they had the detail of checking them.
I can tell you that of many service centers that I know, this one is definitely excellent and it shows that they like their work, a new satisfied customer and of course I recommend them 100%.
