★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llene un formulario de contacto para preguntar sobre un servicio y nunca respondieron. Al igual que los demás en la lista de la página oficial, ninguno responde, ya hasta había olvidado que los contacte, pero ni modo, ellos se lo pierden.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desafortunadamente el diagnostico inicial fue "daño en las tiras de led e inversor" cuyo costo aproximado superaba los 5mil pesos. Investigando en internet, encontre la opcion de "reiniciar equipo" y esto resolvio el problema sin necesidad de invertir la cantidad propuesta por el experto que envio Sharp.
Esto deja la impresión de falta de conocimiento por parte del tecnico o una estrategia que tiene el servicio autorizado para obtener dinero adicional.
Unfortunately, the initial diagnosis was "damage to the LED strips and inverter", the approximate cost of which exceeded 5,000 pesos. Researching on the internet, I found the option to "restart computer" and this solved the problem without having to invest the amount proposed by the expert that Sharp sent.
This leaves the impression of lack of knowledge on the part of the technician or a strategy that the authorized service has to obtain additional money.
