PESIMO SERVICE THEY DO NOT GIVE AN ANSWER AND THEY COMMUNICATE YOU TO ANOTHER AREA WHERE THE SERVICE IS EVEN WORSE, IT IS A PENALTY THAT A BRAND LIKE SHURE HAS THIS TYPE OF SERVICE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio, llevé mis audífonos SHURE porque se había roto el cable. Me dijeron que estarían listos en una semana que se convirtió en 3. Cuando los entregaron le pusieron un cable de diferente latencia que se comía los graves, los regresé y en la segunda entrega no solo el cable de un auricular era más largo que el otro, también a la hora del paneo LO QUE DEBÍA IR AL AURICULAR DERECHO IBA AL IZQUIERDO y viceversa.
Hubiese salido mejor tirarlos y comprar unos nuevos.
Very bad service, I brought my SHURE headphones because the cable was broken. They told me they would be ready in a week that became 3. When they were delivered they put a cable of different latency that ate the bass, I returned them and in the second delivery not only was the cable of one headphone longer than the other , also at the time of panning WHAT SHOULD GO TO THE RIGHT HEADPHONE GOED TO THE LEFT and vice versa.
It would have been better to throw them away and buy new ones.
