★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pésimo servicio, tardaron más de 2 meses en entregar un boffer ( solo tenían que enconar) y por cierto lo entregaron mal, al entregar comente que eso estaba mal y muy groseros dijeron que no se podía hacer más, se molestaron más cuando les dije que su capacidad era mínima, cero recomendable, si buscas una reparación no es el lugar adecuado
 lousy service, it took more than 2 months to deliver a boffer (they just had to fester) and by the way they delivered it wrong, when delivering I commented that it was wrong and very rude they said that more could not be done, they got more upset when I told them that its capacity was minimal, zero recommended, if you are looking for a repair it is not the right place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, cuidado con ellos.
Se llevan mi pantalla y me dicen que le harán un cambio de tarjeta del control de mando, les comento que me den la pieza que me van a cambiar y me responden que si, a los minutos me escriben y me dicen que se equivocaron, que no va a ser cambio que solo reparación. Al entregarme mi tv me dicen que ya quedó que la probaron y que todo al 100%, al probarla yo resulta que el problema está exactamente igual que cuando se la llevaron, en la nota que me dan trae la leyenda de reparación "cambio de tarjeta"lo comento y el técnico me dice nuevamente "disculpe fue un error".
Le pido me explique que fue lo que le hicieron a la pantalla y nunca me pudo explicar lo que supuestamente le arreglaron, pues evidentemente nada arreglaron.
Me queda claro que solo pretenden sacar más dinero de lo que realmente se necesita.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mandé arreglar un aparato de sonido el cual, según el técnico, se descompuso por falta de uso. Cambió el "cerebro" y únicamente funcionó dos meses.
El costo fue elevado para una situación que parecía extraña, pues sí se utilizó por más de un año.
De acuerdo con las especificaciones del técnico, debían utilizarse los botones y evitar el control remoto. Recomendación que seguí.
La garantía de la reparación fue de un mes, tiempo en el que no tuvo desperfectos el aparato de sonido. Al siguiente mes volvió a tener la misma falla técnica.
Llamé al centro de servicio y me dijeron que se comunicarían conmigo, después de hablar con la dueña para saber si no me cobrarían la revisión. Nunca me llamaron.
Desafortunadamente, el desconocimiento nos lleva a confiar y pagar por la reparación de un aparato que de por sí es costoso.
Dada mi mala experiencia no recomiendo este lugar.
