★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Centro automotriz especializado en el servicio y venta de refacciones, las instalaciones perfectamente limpias y en buen estado, atención puntual con cita y en los tiempos prometidos, gran calidad en el servicio, te muestran, asesoran y consultan por cada servicio y la atención es muy amable, se puede accesar con silla de ruedas excepto en la caja... Fuera de eso excelente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las últimas dos visitas han sido experiencias no muy gratas. La primera fue que, para verificar una transferencia me tardaron más de hora y media y ahí estuve esperando ése tiempo. En la segunda pasó algo similar, sin embargo la espera se extendió a casi 24 horas. Además de que cuando me entregan mi auto pregunté por mi birlo de seguridad y me contestan que no lo usaron!!!! Llevé mi auto a servicio y no lo usaron? Entonces pagué para que no le hicieron nada? Recibí la llamada de la empresa, se disculparon y les agradezco. Pero queda el antecedente.
The last two visits have not been very pleasant experiences. The first was that, to verify a transfer it took me more than an hour and a half and there I was waiting for that time. In the second, something similar happened, however the wait was extended to almost 24 hours. In addition to that when they gave me my car I asked for my security stud and they answered that they did not use it !!!! I took my car to service and they did not use it? So I paid so they didn't do anything to him? I got the call from the company, they apologized and I thank them. But the antecedent remains.
