Pasé ayer por la mañana (directamente después de la apertura) a dejar mi moto para una revisión normal.
Pregunté dos veces si podían hacer la revisión el mismo día.
La señora me confirmó y me llamaría sobre las 17h de la tarde cuando la moto esté lista.
Pasé a las 18:10 porque todavía no había recibido ninguna llamada.
La señora me dijo que lo sentía, que no podían hacerlo hoy, que podía pasar a la mañana siguiente si quería.
Horrible. Ni siquiera me llamaron para decirme que no podían hacerlo ese día.
Hoy fui a otro taller autorizado aquí en Oaxaca. Han hecho un trabajo excelente. Dejé la moto por la mañana y la recibí unas horas después en excelentes condiciones.
Comprobación por mensaje y llamada. Así es como debe ser.
In my opinion, organization and customer service are absolutely lacking:
I stopped by yesterday morning (directly after opening) to drop off my bike for a normal service.
I asked twice if they could do the review the same day.
The lady confirmed me and would call me around 5:00 p.m. when the bike is ready.
I stopped by at 6:10 p.m. because I still hadn't received any calls.
The lady told me that she was sorry, that they couldn't do it today, that I could move on to the next morning if I wanted.
Horrible. They didn't even call me to say they couldn't do it that day.
Today I went to another authorized workshop here in Oaxaca. They have done an excellent job. I left the bike in the morning and received it a few hours later in excellent condition.
Checking by message and call. This is how it should be.

I was looking for parts but they don't work, they give a phone number from another state to send them to order.

Terrible telephone service, if that's the case over the phone, I don't want to imagine how it will be in person, I'd better look for another workshop in the area

Very bad service, lousy, they have no patience and much less do they serve you as it should be, I do not recommend it.
