F	Fernando Arias on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuidado!!! Son unos rateros. Yo pedí por teléfono una carga al 80% de su capacidad de mi tanque. Llegó el camión y sólo cargo al 50% cuando el tanque tenía el 10% aproximadamente. 1 de las personas que deje encargado se percato de la situación y le comenta al chofer que faltaba gas. Este le dijo que el camion estaba fallando y que solo le saldria aire al camion, que posteriormente cargarian lo faltante, para esto ya se había pagado la cuenta. Marque por teléfono y me dijeron que cargarian lo que faltaba en los siguientes días. Marque más de 20 veces y me dijeron que no les importaba perder un cliente. Que ellos eran los mas fuertes aquí en playa del carmen y que para la otra me pusiera más abusado. Tengan cuidado con ellos, ya que roban a lo descarado. Watch out!!! They are thieves. I requested by phone a charge to 80% of its capacity of my tank. The truck arrived and I only charged 50% when the tank was approximately 10%. 1 of the people I left in charge noticed the situation and told the driver that there was a lack of gas. He told him that the truck was failing and that only air would come out of the truck, that they would later load what was missing, for this the bill had already been paid. I called by phone and they told me that they would load what was missing in the following days. I dialed over 20 times and they told me they didn't mind losing a customer. That they were the strongest here in Playa del Carmen and that for the other I would get more abused. Be careful with them, as they steal shamelessly.

Al operador al parecer no le dieron ganas de trabajar y reportó que "llamó y no le contestaron". Pensé que tal vez sería el servicio del celular. La segunda ocasión, para otro departamento, dejé el teléfono en un lugar en que estoy seguro que habría recibido la llamada y no tengo registro de que haya marcado, pero la persona eso reportó a su oficina. Así perdí toda mi mañana. Ahora quieren que los espere también mañana. Estoy buscando otra gasera y nunca volver a llamarle a Z Gas. Pésimo servicio. Twice for different departments they made me wait and they didn't. The operator apparently did not want to work and reported that "he called and they did not answer." I thought maybe it would be cell phone service. The second time, for another department, I left the phone in a place where I'm sure the call would have been received and I have no record of dialing it, but the person reported it to their office. So I wasted all my morning. Now they want me to wait for them tomorrow too. I'm looking for another gas company and never to call Z Gas again. Terrible service.

Informacion correcta porfavor, uno se desplaza para nada. On the site it appears open until 7:00 p.m. at the Mayan center when arriving at 5:05 p.m. the girl said that it was closed, because her partner was ill. Correct information please, one scrolls for nothing.

A	Andrew Lockyer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company does not even deserve 1 star. They have left me waiting for 3 days without gas. The customer service is horrendous and they have no idea of when they will return your tank. Avoid their delivery service at all costs if possible.
M	Michele Loper on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did not receive my bill this month so i went to the Playa office and the woman who helped me was friendly and helpful. My Spanish is not great, but she made the transaction quick and painless. I will go there in the future to pay my bill. Thanks!
M	Miver on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a shame that the delivery service in the center is very awkward. Thats why every now and then you have the honor to drive up to this place. Sometimes it works smooth and you are back in no time. Other days this can be a project of almost half a day. I wish there would be a decent gas delivery service in town.
