I just went and I must say that I received very good treatment, highly professional. The medical specialist who treated me did all the tests and inspired me a lot of confidence. I plan to continue going to be treated at that hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención, lleve a mi hija de urgencia por atropello y me la lastimaron ahí, las enfermeras no saben ni poner inyecciones, no están preparadas para trabajar bajo presión y de urgencia, aparte que está caro el precio te dan pésimo servicio, después de pagar con tarjeta les solicite la factura y me dijeron que me la mandaban por correo, pasaron 4 días y nada, marqué x teléfono para recordarles y la srta bien prepotente me contesto q me la iban a mandar cuando ellos se desocupen, para no hacerle el cuento largo tardaron 15 días para darme mi factura y tuve que ir personalmente por ella.
La verdad no recomiendo esa Clinica para nada
Terrible care, I took my daughter urgently for being run over and they hurt me there, the nurses do not even know how to give injections, they are not prepared to work under pressure and urgently, apart from the fact that the price is expensive, they give you terrible service, after paying I asked for the invoice with a card and they told me that they would send it to me by mail, 4 days passed and nothing, I dialed the phone to remind them and the very arrogant lady answered me that they were going to send it to me when they vacated, not to tell her the story Long it took 15 days to give me my invoice and I had to go personally for it.
The truth is I do not recommend that Clinic at all

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima experiencia la que pase en el área de "URGENCIAS", lleve a mi hijo por una descalabrada, el "doctor" le inyectó la anestesia y después de 40 min sin poder realizar la suturacion le quería inyectar más, obviamente no lo permiti, le realizaron unas radiografías pésimas, tuve que llevarme a mi hijo al hospital MUGUERZA en donde me confirmaron que no se debe colocar tanta anestesia, y que las radiografías estaban muy mal realizadas, ahí le realizaron la suturacion en menos de 20 min y sin problema. No lo recomiendo para nada este "Centro Médico" !!!
What happened in the "ER" area was a terrible experience, I took my son for a disastrous injury, the "doctor" injected him with anesthesia and after 40 minutes without being able to perform the suture, he wanted to inject more, obviously I did not allow it, he they did some lousy x-rays, I had to take my son to the MUGUERZA hospital where they confirmed that so much anesthesia should not be given, and that the x-rays were very poorly done, there they sutured him in less than 20 minutes and without any problem. I do not recommend this "Medical Center" at all !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como siempre una excelente atención desde el check in hasta la salida, sobre todo con las citas de ginecología y seguimiento prenatal con el Dr. Juan Godínez, ahora nos tocará llevar el control de niño sano en pediatría y esperemos seguir recibiendo una buena atención como hasta ahora.
As always, excellent care from check-in to check-out, especially with the gynecology appointments and prenatal follow-up with Dr. Juan Godínez, now we will have to take control of the healthy child in pediatrics and we hope to continue receiving good care as before. now.
