★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio al cliente requiere capacitación y buen trato , al marcar nos informaron que si se podía pagar con tarjeta, por la hora y la urgencia no se llevaba efvo. La sorpresa fue que al llegar no se nos permitio el pago con tarjeta. Por error transferimos (SPEI)un monto mayor al precio de la consulta, llevamos una semana procurando que sea devuelto ,no es gran monto no figura, sin embargo , no hay la adecuada administración o alguien al frente que resuelva. Foco en eso .
La atención del pediatra en turno , muy buena.
Customer service requires training and good treatment, when dialing we were informed that if you could pay with a card, for the time and the urgency, no efvo was carried. The surprise was that upon arrival we were not allowed to pay by card. By mistake we transferred (SPEI) an amount greater than the price of the consultation, we have spent a week trying to get it returned, it is not a large amount, it does not appear, however, there is no adequate administration or someone in charge to solve. Focus on that.
