We did a PCR test here. Although we had to wait long enough for the opening, the doctor and the rest of the clinic staff were perfectly fine. They explained everything, they were attentive and professional. Sampling itself was not associated with any inconvenience. The only problem was that we asked for the result at five in the afternoon as we had to get on the plane at six but the results did not arrive. When I called the clinic, they were very helpful, they immediately called the lab and took action. Fortunately, the results were sent immediately, so there was no problem traveling home. They explained everything, they were really attentive and professional. The procedure itself was totally comfortable. The only problem was that we asked for the test results for 5 in the afternoon, as we had to board our plane at 6 but the results never came. When I called the clinic, they were very helpful and called the lab immediately, arranging things for me. Thankfully the results were sent immediately and we had no problems flying home.

It is very important when you contact this company to ask for all the information well because they will only give you general information in the first instance and when you are at the facilities making the contract they will inflate your account and you will have to access in the face of the urgency that your relatives present.
