Y pasará por.ella a.las 7 30 me marca a las 8 que aún.no esta lista.mi perrita mande a.las 8 30 a mi hijo y le dice q.sólo le falta.la cara y regresa en un ratón me llama 9 10 q aún no la termina y q si quiero i r por.ella y aún no la baña. Llevo mi perrita toda rusa da sin corte. De estética.y la cara su. Sin cortar.y me dice q.si quiero. La regrese mañana a q la termine mi perrita toda nerviosa se nota q la persona q atiende no esta lo.mínimo capacitada para dar el servicio y decía.q la comprendiera ya q también. Tenía q atender la tienda. OFRECEN.UN SERVICIO QUE NO PUDEN DAR Y NO ESTA EL.PERSONAL. CAPASITADO PESIMO PESIMO INCOMPLETO Y MAL SERVICIO

Venga ¿Cómo le voy a confiar la atención de mis mascotas si al llegar hay una mancha oscura misteriosa gigantesca en el piso (que en ningún momento limpiaron en la larga hora que estuve ahí), si la gente que te atiende en lo más mínimo parecen doctores veterinarios (las manos con grasa de motor nada tendrían que ver con el trabajo) y si ni siquiera "decifectante" saben escribir? Los conocimientos y la infrastructura se pagan, señores. Sean realistas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Por mas que intentes comunicarte con ellos para ver como esta tu perrito no contestan y hasta rechazan la llamada. Cuando por fin recoges a tu perrito y este hace del baño te das cuenta que no le dan agua casi por que hace muy muy amarillo.
No es la 1ra vez que nos ha pasado con ellos.

Claudia es excelente, le atina a la primera en las enfermedades de los peludos y te cobra lo justo, en cuanto a estetica quien mejor para tratarlos que alguien que ama a los animales. Ella nos regalo a nuestra perrita y le estamos muy agradecidos, por rescatar animales y buscar dueños responsables.
Excellent place to cure or pamper pets.
