★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es excelente también tienen número de servicio para desde casa puedan preguntar si tiene la refacciones que están buscando para su moto Italika y haci poder ir al establecimiento y puedan arreglar tu moto el servicio es bueno en el establecimiento solo tienes que esperar tu turno para que ellos puedan verificar tu motocicleta y tiene lugar de espera y los costos de los servicios y refacciones son muy económicas y de buen acceso a mi parecer hacen buen trabajo los jóvenes que reparan las motos y siempre atenta la chica que trabaja en las instalaciones a mi experiencia lo recomiendo y sin duda volvería a ir buen servicio ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio y atención Al cliente han decaído bastante, se ven a los mecánicos fumando dentro del área de servicio esto pone en riesgo tanto a ellos como a los vehículos o motos con las que están trabajando en cuestión de atención al cliente si vas a la hora de la comida de ellos no hay quien atienda ya que todos salen a comer en cuestión de refacciones tuve la mala experiencia de encargar una refacción con ellos me dijeron un día de entrega y pasaron casi 15 días para que me entregarán la refacción además de que llame por teléfono para saber si ya había llegado y me dejaron colgado una hora sin tener respuesta ademas de que tu pagas por una pieza original de la marca y te andan dando una refacción de marcas x la verdad no lo recomiendo pésima atención
