I was dialing the numbers and they never answered me ? I don't understand why it says 24 hours and they don't answer the numbers they have in their ad, the same thing happened to 2 acquaintances ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dicen ser 24 hrs, pero no abren a ciertas horas ni los domingos, se supone que si se anuncian 24 hrs es por que en el momento que los necesites estarán para realizar un servico pero no es asi

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En el servicio todo excelente, son rápidos y atienden muy bien. Lo malo es que hay que estarlos persiguiendo para que te envíen una factura. Ya llevo 3 días y sigo esperando. Lo único que me han enviado es una foto del PDF y les comente que requiero ambos documentos. Pésima atención al cliente por ese lado, es un servicio que ya se pagó.
In the service all excellent, they are fast and they serve very well. The downside is that you have to be chasing them to send you an invoice. I've been there for 3 days and I'm still waiting. The only thing they have sent me is a photo of the PDF and I told them that I require both documents. Terrible customer service on that side, it is a service that has already been paid for.
