★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me tocó una mala experiencia lamentablemente con Gersa Santa Rosa. Y en dos ocasiones. La primera es que me ma Daron mi factura por un monto menor al que realmente yo pagué con tarjeta. Pasaron tres días y a pesar de que mandé un correo a quejas y sugerencias, nunca me dieron respuesta. Tuve que ir posteriormente a la tienda y fue así como me hicieron una factura complemento. El día de la entrega de mi material, no me entregaron todo completo, faltaron tres bultos de boquilla, los cuales ya estaban pagados y quedaron formalmente de enviármelos ese mismo día y nada. Hasta el tercer día que fui a la tienda es que pudieron entregármelos. Y todavía de pilón, cuando voy por tercera vez a la tienda, pido 5 bultos de pegazulejo y cuando voy y pago y me entregan mi nota (error mío no revisar antes) me doy cuenta de que la persona que me atendió me puso 4 bultos y no los 5 y pues ni hablar....me tuve que llevar sólo los 4... Mala experiencia.
Unfortunately I had a bad experience with Gersa Santa Rosa. And on two occasions. The first is that they gave me my invoice for an amount less than what I actually paid with the card. Three days passed and despite the fact that I sent an email to complaints and suggestions, they never gave me an answer. I had to go to the store later and that's how they made me a complementary invoice. The day of the delivery of my material, they did not give me everything completely, three packages of mouthpiece were missing, which had already been paid for and they formally agreed to send them to me that same day and nothing. Until the third day that I went to the store, they were able to deliver them to me. And still on a whim, when I go to the store for the third time, I ask for 5 packages of pegazulejo and when I go and pay and they give me my note (my mistake not to check before) I realize that the person who attended me gave me 4 packages and not the 5 and well, not to mention... I had to take only the 4... Bad experience.
