Me atendió Patrocinio Martínez, quien aparte de dar el servicio de cerrajería en donde se me había quedado el coche, tuvo la habilidad de abrir a su vez la cajuela (la cual se cierra automáticamente y esta totalmente sellada) para sacar las llaves qué había dejado ahí por mi descuido. Altamente recomendado. Mis felicitaciones y agradecimientos a Patrocinio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es como cualquier otra cerrajería tal vez más surtida pero más cara. Me hicieron esperar por un servicio simple más de una hora y nunca llegó el técnico que venía en camino. Después de ahí me fui a La avenida Pablo De la Garza y un establecimiento más sencillo y pero con personal más capacitado soluciono mi problema en 30min. Pagué 600 pesos en key lock y 200 pesos en el establecimiento que solucionó mi problema
It's like any other locksmith perhaps more stocked but more expensive. They made me wait for a simple service over an hour and never got the technician who was on the way. After there I went to Avenida Pablo De la Garza and easier establishment and more trained staff but solved my problem in 30 minutes. I paid 600 pesos and 200 pesos lock key in establishing that solved my problem

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En mi opinión dan una mala atención, pues en lugar de entender lo que el cliente necesita y dar la orientación que se pide, solicitan datos e información pero no dan respuestas. Parecería que le están haciendo un favor al cliente, pues se nota un nulo interés en servir. Llamé a otra cerrajería donde sí me escucharon y se adaptaron a mis necesidades.
In my opinion, they give poor service, because instead of understanding what the client needs and giving the orientation that is requested, they request data and information but do not give answers. It would seem that they are doing the customer a favor, since there is no interest in serving. I called another locksmith where they did listen to me and adapted to my needs.
