Estás sentado en la barra y puedes ver cómo preparan todo, así que sabes que todo es fresco. Y buena relación calidad precio. El caldo de camarón trae 3 camarones para pelar la pasta también tiene 3 camarones de buen tamaño y el filete no es congelado, te lo van preparando al momento, y todo en buena proporción con respecto al precio. Aunque la carta ofrece a la lectura del comensal Buenos platillos, la calidad podría ser mayor. La atención por parte de su personal deja mucho que desear. Sobre todo del cocinero (tu puedes ver en todo momento cómo prepara tus alimentos ya que la cocina es abierta). El cocinero (sin guantes) prueba los ingredientes con los que prepara tus alimentos, se los lleva a la boca y regresa a la preparación como si nada. Al mismo tiempo anda comiendo o bebiendo. El se da cuenta que lo miras y sigue comiendo nada pasara. Eso la verdad da muy mal aspecto, además de la falta de cuidado en la preparación de los alimentos. Jamás regreso a ese lugar. There are a bunch of tiny restos where you order what you want, and a shared seating area that they bring it over to. Cevichento is one of the joints (it's got a street-front, with a few chairs that you can sit at). The service is slow (as it is at most of the places here), so don't go if you're in a rush. OTOH, the food is really quite good - the aguachile is delightfully acidic (and chili-hot!), as are the tortas. If you're looking to while away some time, w/ a variety of options, this ain't a bad spot...
