★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por la parte de atrás de las oficinas, sobre la calle nacional hay otro que es las 24 hrs pero solo cuando era nuevo servía, ahora ya no le han dado mantenimiento nunca sirve, como exigen pagos a tiempo.
On the back of the offices, on the national street there is another one that is 24 hrs but only when it was new it served, now they have not been maintained, it never serves, as payments on time demand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala su atención all cliente, sólo un cajero y ahora con la contingencia ponen tapete para limpiar los pies pero no checan que los clientes lo utilicen.
Their customer service is bad, only an ATM and now with the contingency they put a mat to clean the feet but they do not check that the clients use it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atención muy lenta, personal amable pero en mi caso en dos ocasiones no me supieron informar correctamente sobre un prorrateo, hasta que pedí hablar directamente con el gerente.
Very slow attention, friendly staff but in my case on two occasions they did not know how to inform me correctly about a proration, until I asked to speak directly to the manager.

The cashiers to pay the bills are in good working order, the bad thing is the attitude of the policemen at the entrance and sometimes that of the staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En mi experiencia propia, fue ordenada y aún con el factor de la pandemia tienen medidas y puntos de señalamiento para la distancia entre una persona y otra, también qué no revisan qué las personas se limpien los zapatos antes de entrar y utilizar el desinfectante, si bien no son tan amables pero solucionaron mi problema. El único detalle son los cajeros qué muchas veces no funcionan o solo funciona uno.
In my own experience, it was orderly and even with the pandemic factor they have measurements and points of reference for the distance between one person and another, also that they do not check that people clean their shoes before entering and using the disinfectant, yes well they are not so friendly but they solved my problem. The only detail is the ATMs, which many times do not work or only one works.

Terrible service to both executives and security personnel, it's a shame that they only work for what you earn more, not because they really like their work, they are equaled rude and very despotic, I will never step on again, there are better other places, they are more friendly.
