Además atención de aclaraciones, sobre todo de los cobros injustos que todo mundo hemos sufrido por parte de la Compañía de Luz.
Un día cualquiera te llega tu recibo con una facturación desmedida con. Relación a lo que normalmente consumes y debes pagar. Inventan pretextos para que pagues y si hacen investigación de tu historia de consumo tendría que reconocer su error, tardan semanas en llevar a cabo ese proceso y hasta te mandar a cortar. Todo un show.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, piden documentación dependiendo la sucursal, en ninguna página oficial menciona que documentos son los que se deben presentan para solicitar un medidor para un local.
En la sucursal de insurgentes me comentaron que solo con el contrato de arrendamiento era suficiente y llevar fotos de los medidores de dos vecinos entre otro documentos que considero en lo razonable.
Pero en la sucursal de San Pedro están pidiendo foto del medidor de casa de la dueña y una carta poder. Me parece que es importante que la información sea general para todos y no a según a la persona que te atiende. En mi caso de insurgentes me mandaron a San Pedro porque me dijeron que esa es la sucursal que me corresponde sin embargo al consultarlo en la página de CFE en ningún lado aparece dónde consultar la oficina que te corresponde, solo aparecen las direcciones y ya desde ahí es un ir y venir
