★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio!!! Llevo 3 días sin que estos ineptos me den solución, su call center, si así se le puede llamar tiene a puro personal silvestre y sin educación atendiendo, ojala y pronto los privaticen y corran a tanto ineficiente que labora ahi!!
Terrible service!!! I've been 3 days without these inept give me solution, your call center, if you can call it has pure wild staff and no education attending, hopefully and soon deprive them and run so much inefficient that works there!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me indicaron que el trámite tenía que realizarlo en la agencia de México nuevo y al llegar ahí me regresaron a la sucursal de la loma en dónde logre concluirlo con otro ejecutivo que mal que no sepan hacer bien su trabajo y dar la información correctamente
They indicated that the procedure had to be carried out in the agency of New Mexico and when I got there they returned me to the branch of La Loma where I managed to conclude it with another executive who badly do not know how to do their job well and give the information correctly

They agreed to come to my home in 5 days, 8 and they didn't show up. I left them my phone number and nothing; terrible service, they don't give a phone number to report service problems

Lunes 10:00am y no hay más que un solo ejecutivo atendiendo... por favor mejoren su atencion y tengan al personal donde deben y no desayunando. Porque las pertenencias de todos los demás ejecutivos estaban en sus lugares, menos ellos.
Pagamos para tener mejor servicio, no estar pagándoles el café y las galletas.
BREAKFAST ALL THE EXECUTIVES AND THE EMPTY PLACE, NOBODY ATTENDED.
Monday 10:00 am and there is only one executive attending ... please improve your attention and have the staff where they should and not having breakfast. Because the belongings of all the other executives were in their places, except them.
We pay to have better service, not to be paying them for coffee and cookies.
