★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los cajeros para la tarjeta nunca sirven, no tienen ni para sacar una copia para un trámite sencillo,el contador de turnos nunca funcionan,las que atienden nunca están en su lugar, no hay quien supervise,muy mal servicio y pésima atención,mala actitud de servicio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicio técnico pésimo, generan infinidad de reportes y los cierran sin siquiera pararse, no hay manera e hablas más que al call center y los técnicos según ellos ya repararon. Qué pasa con los supervisores con su buen sueldo mínimo deberían darse una vueltecita.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal lugar, ya que los CFEMáticos nunca sirven, y los que sirven, no tienen cambio, tienen la opción de pagar sin bajarte del carro, pero hace mucho que se descompuso y no lo han arreglado todavía, así que te tienes que bajar a pagar, las oficinas tardan demasiado, así que entre esas opciones uno no sabe a dónde irse.
