★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En esta sucursal no tienen atención a adultos mayores mi papá fue por un problema que tuvo en su servicio el está operado de su columna y es de la tercera edad y lo tuvieron parado más de hora y media para poder atendelo asta que alguien le dio el asiento y lo atendieron de mala forma es un pésimo servicio de una disque empresa de clase mundial solo de dicho dejan mucho que desear hojalata y se acabe eAtos malos tratos de parte de sus empleados son trabajadores les pagan por su desempeño no sean despotas

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una falta de ética y responsabilidad ase un mes se hizo el contrato de luz el cual dijeron q de 1 a 5 días estaría puesta la luz ya a un mes y a un los 5 días máximos aún no llegan se marca ala comisión y nada q responden suelen poner la música de espera no es justo q sea así

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los cajeros no dan recibos de pago, no tienen lector de codigo de barras. Para leer el pago a realizar, y tiene bloqueado el acceso donde se imprimen los recibos de pago del servicio de luz eléctrica.
Para pagar se tiene que poner el número de servicio que tiene el recibo de luz a pagar, tocando pantalla tactil.
Se tiene que pagar con la apps de CFE, y checar si se abona a favor los depositos de pago. Solo así lo puede verificar que los cajeros funcionan en un porcentaje que no me gusta, deben dar el servicio lo mejor que se puede por que hacemos el esfuerzo de pagarlo a tiempo.
Y hace falta el comprobante de pago para cualquier aclaración.
