Que si la reconexion es físicamente, que si debe hacerse por satélite. En fin, o es desconocimiento de los procedimientos, o es ineptitud laboral. (He hecho tres reportes al 071). La última persona que llegó a mi domicilio tomó fotos del medidor, supuestamente las envió y dijo "en cinco minutos le reconectarán" . Ya pasó una hora y aún no tengo energía. Es ésta la empresa " de clase mundial"?. I paid for a reconnection 2 days ago and they still haven't connected the power. Also, they only make excuses. Servicio pésimo!! Gracias por darnos esta navidad tan espantosa!!! S	Sinesia Ovalle on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo el trato de las empleadas a la clientela, no ofrecen soluciones y lo quieren cortar a uno con un "mi nombre es ..." cuando ya no tienen soluciones al problema. Al parecer soy victima de una ordeña en mi línea y por su actitud me hizo pensar que y hay una acuerdo entre trabajadores para ese ilícito con algunos clientes. Quería cobrar por el servicio de que fueran a calibrar mi medidor como me indicó el eléctrico que hizo revisión en las instalaciones. Asco de empleadas y servicio.
