Chaac Water Park - 77500 Cancún

I always recommended this place but today I was disappointed the staff is not friendly Page my day past what time they only give you buffet does not include drinks vat excited with my son that we could not go up the slides because it has to be cotton shorts then we did not They let you enter the restaurant because, oh, unpleasant dress code, we decided to leave, I do not recommend it, and if you go, take your precautions.

I loved it, it's a perfect place for small children. We originally planned to spend the day at Playa Langosta because they told us it was public, but it was very sunny and we had no shade, literally, there is nothing on the beach. We decided to ask if they rented the loungers from the hotel to which the water park belongs (Casa Maya) and it turned out that they have a Daypass for 550 pesos, which includes the water park, loungers, towels, pools, bathrooms, showers and a buffet meal. And the water park is for all ages, it has slides for children and adults, it's perfect!

My 5 and 3-year-old children loved it, the water park is not very deep, only the closed slides are not recommended for small children, there is a section with three slides, the green one, although not apparent, is the softest, the yellow one yes it is small the child at the time of descending is covered by the water and the blue one is the roughest even for an adult, there is a pool about 1.5 m deep so with inflatables the little ones can enjoy that area under the supervision of an adult on the side there are hammocks and follow the section of the beach that has its corresponding blue loungers from the hotel, you have to be prepared with shovels and boats for the sand castles, there is also a game on the beach that has a slide, slides, movable walkways. They have excellent attention from the staff, the package includes buffet food and you only pay for drinks. It is advisable to arrive early and leave almost at closing. I had a great experience, my kids want to come back tomorrow.
