★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Edit: adjusted starts to 3. I have since learned that the main Rabbi was away. This really is not an excuse as they should have had someone available who knew how to help us but I guess I can be a bit more understanding of the situation.
Horrible experience. Restaurant was closed. Had no information to give us regarding attractions in the area. We asked about bracelets for attraction discounts and they looked at us like they didn't know what we were talking about. 40 minutes later after I left and came back magically they knew what we needed.
The worst part was that the gentleman who was in charge was uninterested in helping us. He continues to push us off onto his associate who was knew to the area and didn't know anything to help us.
This unfortunately ruined our chance to see Cozumel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Snorkeling is some of the best, they have swimming with dolphins, and manatees, both VERY expensive, they nickel and dime you to death, one man even told me, to use the pool chair for less than 30 minutes, there was a minimum purchase fee for drinks, he wouldnt let me pass until my husband showed up and asked what the problem was....we return every year only because our daughter loves it so much.
