Best time at Chamboa. The steak and Lobster is a MUST! Thank you to Erick and Sortero who were amazing with the service provided. Get there around 10pm for the mini show and fireworks. Good vibes and beautiful decor.

Lovely spot right on the water. Very romantic. Service was good (our waiter hovered a bit too much for our taste though) and professional. Charming interior. The food presentation was exceptional. We loved the lobster slaw, the bread was amazing and the butters too. The acorn fed Iberico ham was great as well as the table-side presentation of it. The Tomahawk was more than enough for several meals and the fire finish at the table was ooh and ahh worthy. It Was a bit blue in the center though even though we were assured the chef had checked the temperature for our medium rare choice. Not a deal breaker though, we took home and enjoyed it over the next couple of days. Definitely a worthwhile splurge!

Service: Our waiter Ryan was great and really helpful with selecting different items from the menu. The rest of the staff was highly attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Food: We loved the bread that came with the table. The truffle butter was the best of the three. We started off with two orders of the empanadas - one steak and one lobster. Steak was decent but the lobster empanada are a must. We also got the Italian burrata, which was simple but yummy. For entrees and sides we got the brisket, 28-day ribeye, truffle creamed corn, and the jalapeño mash potatoes. Out of those I would recommend the ribeye and the jalapeño mash potatoes. The truffle cream corn could have used some more pepper and the brisket tasted more like a roast. Note I am from Texas so I’m used to that type of brisket. Experience: This is where this place really shines. They went all out with two fashion shows, a DJ, a guy with a guitar who does a whole show, women who perform on aerial silks over the water and then fireworks towards the end of the night. They also had bottle service that is presented with sparklers and same with if it’s your birthday. Overall: Book it, but NOTE men have to wear slacks/pants or you will not be able to get in. We had to have the guys go back to the hotel to change even though it isn’t listed anywhere on their website.

This place is amazing! The food was delicious, customer service was outstanding! The vibe was wonderful. I truly enjoyed my birthday here I felt like the red carpet was rolled out the attentiveness was subpar! I can't wait to come back this was a very memorable experience ?

Wife and I ventured out for our lone offsite dinner while on our honeymoon. This place was highly recommended and did not disappoint. Service was excellent, show + music great, food was incredible, and the view…. Well that speak for itself. We will be coming back our next time in Cancun.

What an experience! The most energy I’ve seen at a restaurant. The food was on the expensive side for Mexico, but the experience was unbelievable. The staff at Chambao took hospitality to another level with the performances, live guitarist, and the bottle service. Enrique and Francisco were our servers and made sure we had an amazing time. 10/10 would recommend.

Amazing! Amazing! Amazing! 11/10! Mouthwatering food, amazing shows and music, delicious drinks and fireworks. Spectacular Service by Alfredo. A personal touch from the manager. Great wine selection. Truffle mashed potatoes. Come ready to spend. It's worth it. We spent $400-500 US and it was phenomenal.

Xavier and Rolando provided EXCELLENT service! This restaurant had amazing food. My wife got the lobster tail and I got the Australian Ribeye. Both were SO GOOD! The steak was one of the best I’ve ever had. HIGHLY recommend eating here. We tried Harry’s last night and it was not as good as this place. Very entertaining, great service, amazing food. 10/10
