★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El gym es vieja escuela, hay clase de lucha libre y zumba, si no estas acostumbrado a cargar pesos libre no sera de tu agrado sin embargo mucha historia y el profe bronson el mejor, y sigue siendo el mejor gym que puedan encontrar
The gym is old school, there are wrestling and zumba classes, if you are not used to carrying free weights it will not be to your liking, however a lot of history and teacher bronson the best, and it is still the best gym you can find

Excelente gimnasio. La atención don Charles es la mejor, cumple con el horario ya que abre desde las 05:30 AM. El área de pesas es Old School, entrenar en el ring con el profe Takeda es lo mejor. En la planta alta puedes entrenar box y zumba (todo el piso es duela y el lugar muy amplio) super recomendado. No tiene estacionamiento pero puedes dejar tu coche a fuera del gym sin problema y no cobran.

Excellent gym. Don Charles attention is the best, meet the schedule as it opens from 05:30 PM. The area is Old School weightlifting, workout in the ring with profe Takeda is best. In the box you can train and buzzes floor (entire floor is hurt and very large place) Super recommended. No parking but you can leave your car outside the gym with no problem and no charge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un gymnasio old-school, de la vieja escuela, sus aparatos son antiguos pero son funcionales, tiene dos pisos, en la planta baja encuentras todos los aparatos de gimnasio y también tienen un ring donde se imparten clases de Lucha Libre. En la parte superior tienen todo un piso con duela donde imparten clases de zumba y otras actividades. También tienen costal y pera de box. Anteriormente era atendido directamente por el profesor Charles Bronson Mexicano y recién acaban de reabrir. Lo abren de lunes a viernes a las 6:30 am y los sábados a partir de las 7 am. También tienen varias caminadoras. Les recomiendo enormemente las clases de Lucha Libre!
An old-school gym, from the old school, its equipment is old but functional, it has two floors, on the ground floor you find all the gym equipment and they also have a ring where wrestling classes are taught. In the upper part they have a whole floor with wooden floors where they teach Zumba classes and other activities. They also have sack and box pear. Previously it was served directly by Professor Charles Bronson Mexicano and they have just reopened. They open it from Monday to Friday at 6:30 am and on Saturdays from 7 am. They also have several treadmills. I highly recommend the Lucha Libre classes!
