Deben reconsiderar no bajar costos en las etiquetas para las maletas, ya que los chóferes no se hacen responsables ni ustedes. Tuvimos un problema sobre que daban una maleta de nosotros a otras personas.
One of the most important things about the road company is that both its passengers are well and comfortable as well as their belongings.
You should reconsider not to lower costs on the luggage tags, since the drivers are not responsible nor you. We had a problem about giving a suitcase from us to other people.

The publications do not coincide with the long trips service, they do not offer snacks as shown in their photos and they do not make stops to the bathroom or to eat something

Very attentive and friendly drivers. They drive at a good speed, they arrived late with us, but good attention and disposition, it didn't get any bigger.
