★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Con mucha tristeza salio mi hijo que queria ver el salon para contratar un evento de su cumpleaños debido a que la encargada de dar información nos puso cara y de manera un tanto descortés menciono q ya iba a cerrar. Aqui dice q su horario de cierre para informes es a las 19:30 y llegamos nosotros a las 18:30. Ojo en eso. Todos somos clientes potenciales. Servicio!

En especial de la encargada Luz María, pésimo carácter cero atención al anfitrión. la señora quiere hacer de tu evento lo que ella dice ojo ten cuidado al contratar porque no te dice que:
- no se puede decorar el salón
- no podrás llevar show y si lo llevas te está carrereando
- te pide dulceros, pastel, gelatinas, comida refrescos y agua como invitada
- si tus invitados gustan un poco más de comida les contestarán con un rotundo NO
- el show del “Robot” (batucada) es muy grosero para fiesta infantil, al principio los asusta, al final es vulgar con las señoras
- sus utensilios como jarras hieleras etc son insuficientes Y te manda a comprar a la mera hora
- los meseros y personal solo hacen lo que la encargada les dice no el anfitrión
- en resumen maneja tu fiesta como la encargada dice

PESIMO SERVICE "SALA CHAVITOS"
