Employees are rude and slow,they never move out of your way when you are shopping in the isles,at the checkout they treat your purchases roughly,bruising fruit and vegetables,throwing things around. I recently bought a fan and didn’t want to bring the packaging home so I opened the box in the parking area to throw it away. The fan was broken inside the box,but they would not exchange it. I nearly lost my temper,I wanted to smash that little mans face. For some things I must go there,unfortunately.

The supermarket with most stuff in Puerto, and that's an insult to the others... Anyway, be ready to wait a lot at the cash. And, you can't pay by NFC.

This store does not rotate stock. I have to check the expiration date on every single item bc I have grown tired of buying moldy cheese and stale chips and cookies. Because they do not know how to properly store perishable and non perishable items, a lot of the time they melt or become stale. Once I found a whole shelf of pillsbury cookie dough rolls and cinnamon buns, where they had no clue those items are supposed to be refrigerated and they left them out on the shelf for months. Every time I shopped there I would cringe when I saw them on the shelf with the can popped open and rock hard, dry dough was sticking out of the end. (I even told an employee who paid me no attention. A year later, They now store them inside the cooler) ? None of the prices on the shelf are correct. I have gotten to the register and had an item ring up more than double the shelf price. Speaking of prices.. if you are not from Mexico, you will likely faint at the prices on the imported foods. Also, if something doesn’t ring up at the register you have to put it back. Instead of finding the price or making a price they just wont sell it. Bad for business because it happens with at least one item almost every time I go.

this grocery store is massive and has everything u could ever need. if youre staying by rinconada or by la punta i recommend u come here to get your food as there arent many good options near where you live

All the prices are wrong! Use the price check before buying anything!!! Closes at 10 on the weekend despite the schedule written on the doors!!!!

The lines are horrendous. 4 registers open yesterday morning. All of them with VERY long lines. The aisles are difficult to get through because of the employees restocking. Why don't they do the restocking at hours when the store is less crowded, and put more employees at the checkouts when it's busy. Overall poor management

Good coffee at the café. Big supermarket with all the odd little things you're used to from home and an excellent wine selection. Sometimes they have vegan cheese too

Place is busy because it’s the best place for buying stuff. I recommend Chedraui for SIM cards and data for your phone, for food and drink, and for clothing and appliances. It’s got just about everything. Make sure to bring a few bags with you.
