ATTENTION SCAMMERS. This company sells tickets for routes that are not scheduled. They offer you a ticket promising to go on a bus that will leave in minutes. Then they ask you to get on a normal bus that will supposedly take you to the bus that they promised you. Already far from Palenque, a man waiting in the middle of the road asks you to get off and wait there, arguing that the bus they had told you about broke down but the next one will soon arrive. Suddenly, the man gets lost leaving you alone in the middle of nowhere and after several hours no bus arrives. 3 people participate in the scam: the man who attracts tourists to the place, another at the ticket office and the one who asks you to wait on the road. The case is already in the hands of PROFECO and with the identities of the three people I was able to establish the complaint for organized fraud; It turns out that they have already done this with various people and even groups.

An agency of liars! You pay (expensive) for a destination that is not part of their journeys! Despite everything they promise you that yes, they even give you a precise timetable and then halfway, you are asked to get off the bus and you are taken from collectivo to collectivo (which have no connection with the agency) until to destination. On top of that they are experiencing many delays since we are already leaving 30 minutes after the scheduled time, and as this is not enough the driver allows himself to stop to take other passengers like a collectivo or even he stop for no reason! So you pay for the "comfort" of a bus and you do half the journey in a collectivo! A complete disgrace!
