★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo, lleve mi auto solo para que le realizaran el servicio (mi auto estaba perfecto, sin presentar falla) y al entregarmelo, el auto presenta variaciones en las revoluciones y al día siguiente me di cuenta que me faltan 3 birlos a mis llantas, les marque para reclamar y me dicen que eso sucedió por que el técnico se dio cuenta que estaban dañados y decidió quitárselos, pero jamás lo reportaron cuando me lo entregaron. Ahora resulta que me los quieren cobrar. En resumen me robaron 3 birlos y ahora me los quieren cobrar.
Terrible, I took my car only to have the service performed (my car was perfect, without presenting a fault) and upon delivery, the car shows variations in revolutions and the next day I realized that I have 3 studs missing from my tires. I called to claim and they tell me that this happened because the technician realized that they were damaged and decided to take them off, but they never reported it when they delivered it to me. Now it turns out that they want to charge me. In short, they stole 3 studs from me and now they want to charge me for them.
