★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi. It was average. Maybe what I ordered was not wow. What really shocked me is that in the public restrooms they had A TOWEL. A regular fabric towel. We are in a pandemic, and even if we were not, that is a no, no. They should have paper towels. Also the music was too loud. Could not have a conversation. I feel sorry for the guests staying at the hotel, with such loud disco music so early. 9:00 am

We were looking for a breakfast place and accidentally came across Chez Waffle. We came for breakfast and stayed till they shut. We had the Eggs Benedict, Chicken and Waffle, french press and the Mermaid bowl. Everything was delish!! We are coming back every day till we are in Tulum.
Restaurant is cute, food is delicious, staff was very very friendly. Good overall experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I met two other couples for breakfast. What a delightful place! The service was fast and friendly and the food was incredible. The menu is so unique and delicious. We sat outside and they had a fan for us, but you can also sit indoors with air-conditioning for hotter days. We will be back for sure the next time we visit Puerto Aventuras and this time we will bring our hungry teenagers!

I’ve been a local of Puerto Aventuras since 2011, so I can tell you with confidence I’ve been to every single restaurant… and Chez Waffle is really just the gem of the crown. Providing options for all likes, lots of vegan, lots of Mexican classics, BEST CHILAQUILES IN TOWN, and of course the 20+ options of WAFFLES is just delightful! Oh and they have fit options like smoothie bowls as well.
They have three areas, my favorite is the fountain terrace, really soothing and just on point. This is definitely a must in Puerto Aventuras ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for breakfast, my girlfriend had a smoothie bowl with granola,berries,coconut and fresh cut strawberries. I had the insta waffle, the best waffle I've ever had! Was covered in kinder chocolate,strawberries, whipped cream and Nutella. The service was great and so was the vibe. Very friendly english/spanish speaking staff. Highly recommend if you're in the area!
