★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent day here at the cooking school. The day we were here we did black and yellow mole. Great instruction for those who are not experienced. Lots of detail for those who are. After you do all the prep you get to eat what you prepared . Amazing. definitely recommend, we are going to to the farm to table tastings next.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A truly unique experience on history and preparation of authentic Mole from the Oaxaca region. Not only did we prepare the food, but I gained a very fascinating insight on how the individual ingredients were grown and prepared as part of the dish. Something you do not get out of a cook book. The meal was delicious and capped of a very satisfying day.
Highly Recommend
