★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedimos dos ensaldas y en ambos casos la salsa y el aderezo estaba muy ácidos. Pedí un suero (agua mineral con limón y orilla escarchada de sal) y el limón era de bote, la verdad que aquí todavía se pueden conseguir muchos productos frescos y de calidad superior a los empacados. El chico de la entrada tratando de ser amable, pero algo desesperado y acelerado. Me parece que hacer falta personal para el tamaño del lugar, los meseros andand de arriba para abajo, son bastante amable y atentos.
We ordered two salads and in both cases the sauce and dressing were very acidic. I ordered a serum (mineral water with lemon and frosted salt rim) and the lemon was from the bottle, the truth is that here you can still get many fresh products and of superior quality to those packed. The guy at the entrance trying to be nice, but somewhat desperate and rushed. It seems to me that it takes staff for the size of the place, the waiters walking from top to bottom, they are quite friendly and attentive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar demasiado caro. Los baños muy sucios, luces apagadas, mobiliario viejo y sucio. Se pidió hamburguesas sin cebolla, moztaza y pepinillos y lo trajeron con todo eso. Al pedir el cambio trajeron la misma pero con el pan muy duro parecía piedra. Las costillas las pedí con BBQ Mango y solo la pasaron con BBQ y poca salsa además que me las pasaron frías. Pedí un agitador y media hora después me lo trajeron. Considero que hay poco personal para el restaurant. También me pareció que un solo baño para ese restaurant es poco. El personal si es muy amable pero no pueden con tanta gente. Deberían quitar esa franquicia de plaza ámbar habla mal de esa cadena de restaurantes.
Place too expensive. Very dirty bathrooms, unlit lights, old and dirty furniture. They ordered hamburgers without onions, moztaza and pickles and brought it with all that. When they asked for the change they brought it but with the very hard bread it looked like stone. I ordered the ribs with BBQ Mango and they only had it with BBQ and little sauce besides that they were cold. I asked for an agitator and half an hour later they brought it to me. I think there is little staff for the restaurant. I also thought that a single bathroom for that restaurant is little. The staff is very friendly but can not with so many people. They should remove that amber plaza franchise talks bad about that chain of restaurants.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buenos alimentos y porciones, lamentablemente la atención es pésima, he ido en 2 ocasiones y parece que a los meseros les da flojera atender.
Los meseros no son amables y no se interesan en ofrecer platillos o bebidas que podrían ayudar al restaurante a vender a más.
Good food and portions, unfortunately the service is terrible, I've been twice and it seems that the waiters are too lazy to attend.
The servers are not friendly and are not interested in offering dishes or drinks that could help the restaurant to sell more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, te llevan la carta y no toman la orden hasta que gritas, tardan en llevar la comida (eso es normal) llevan los guisados incompletos, pedí refresco con refill y me tuve que levantar a rellenar, también me levante por mas tortillas, en la orden pedí papas fritas, tuve que recordarles, ni si quiera estaba el restaurante lleno, era lugar de paso de los mismos pero ninguno se detenía, para una cuenta de $ 850 por 2 personas debieron hacer más. Pésimo, pésimo servicio, doy 1 estrella por que no se puede 0
Terrible service, they bring you the menu and they don't take the order until you shout, they take time to bring the food (that's normal) they carry incomplete stews, I asked for a drink with refill and I had to get up to refill, I also got up for more tortillas, In the order I asked for fries, I had to remind them, the restaurant was not even full, it was a place where they passed through but none of them stopped, for a bill of $850 for 2 people they should have made more. Terrible, terrible service, I give 1 star because you can't 0
