Les hôtes Ruth et Ervit sont des personnes très passionnées et passionnantes. Ce que j'ai beaucoup aimé c'est l'histoire qui était racontée, les étapes de la récolte des fèves de cacao à la fabrication dans cet atelier; la dégustation sous toutes les formes qu'on a eu mon ami et moi, et l'accueil chaleureux qu'on a reçu. Je recommande cette expérience unique et authentique à Oaxaca ! J'ai demandé une photo en souvenir :)

Hosts Ruth and Ervit are very passionate and exciting people. What I really liked was the story that was told, the stages from the harvesting of the cocoa beans to the manufacturing in this workshop; the tasting in all forms that my friend and I had, and the warm welcome we received. I recommend this unique and authentic experience in Oaxaca! I asked for a photo as a souvenir :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doing a tasting or taking a chocolate making workshop with Ervit and Rut is fun and extremely interesting. You learn so much about cacao, not only about the plant itself but also the history, culture and traditions around it, including Ervit’s personal history which is fascinating.
Ervit and Rut work well as a team to create a great environment catered to their client’s needs and interests.
They have made a great start with their project and I look forward to hearing about future developments.
Totalmente recomendado.
