About Chocolahj
Nosotros queremos revalorizar el cacao que algún día formó parte nuestra cultura e identidad.
En Oaxaca tenemos una semilla nativa de cacao con gran valor histórico, la cual se ha ido extinguiendo por diversos factores, desde los biológico hasta los económicos sociales. Es decir, están propensos a plagas y la poca producción hace que los campesinos prefieran sembrar otras variedades que resultan ser más abundantes y remunerables a corto plazo.
Queremos retomar la idea del cacao como alimento y no como una golosina, es por ello que nos hemos dado a la tarea de establecer alianzas con productores para poder aprender en conjunto con ellos sobre el campo, estableciendo sistemas agroforestales que resulten mas nobles para la tierra y con mejor aprovechamiento.
Nuestra tarea es salvar esta milagrosa semilla respetando y preservando su origen... Oaxaca.

El sabor de cada uno de los productos es muy diferente al chocolate comercial, Chocolahj sabe realmente a cacao y no tiene azucar!
La presentación es muy bonita como para un regalo.
Recomiendo las barras individuales! Yo las como antes de hacer ejercicio o cuando no me da tiempo para desayunar y son muy buenas.
Y la miel.
Además, la gente que te recibe en las ferias o eventos es super amable y hasta te explica todo el proceso de fabricación y el por qué de cada ingrediente. Ojalá se presenten pronto en CDMX!

Su cacao sazonado con chiles es increíble porque se puede usar con diferentes preparaciones, 100% recomendado y para preparar un chocolate caliente que de verdad sea chocolate, Chocolahj es la mejor opción. Realmente vale lo que cuesta.
All products are handmade, the quality of their chocolate is super good, it is really chocolate and not sugar like others.
