★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si quieren ahorrarse problemas nunca compren este seguro, no les importan sus asegurados. Para una llamada en la cual no te van a resolver nada, debes esperar por lo menos una hora. Aparte tardan mucho en llegar a la hora de un siniestro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es increíble el pésimo servicio que le pueden brindar a sus clientes. No contestan en la oficina, no me respondieron el teléfono cuando fui el afectado y por ende no pude hacer uso de mi seguro. Cuando le hablé al agente no me resolvió nada.
Para colmo si tuviste suerte de que te respondieran tienes que tomar las fotos y levantar el reporte tú mismo a través de un link que te mandan. Si no tienes datos ya valiste. ¿Por qué tengo que hacer eso si es chamba del ajustador?

To top it off, if you were lucky that they answered you, you have to take the photos and raise the report yourself through a link they send you. If you do not have data, you are already worth it. Why do I have to do that if it's the adjuster's job?

grabacion es la única y el personal ejecutivo o empleados nunca contestan, duramos más de 1:30 hora treinta minutos en diferentes tiempos pero continuos y jamás obtuvimos contestación, se supone que es una aseguradora seria y debería ser más responsables por eso se les paga un contrato el cual deberían cumplir... diceramente muy deficiente...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente servicio, sale un poco caro el seguro pero vale la pena invertir en protección a tu auto solo hay que buscar al agente correcto que no te venda barato con algunas faltas de cobertura.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tengo 2 vehiculos asegurados con ellos y la verdad me contestan rápido cuando tengo dudas y cuando he necesitado me ayudan a resolver cuanto antes por eso me anime a tener mis dos autos con ellos.
