★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pagamos la reconexión hace 2 días y aún no nos ponen el agua, son exigentes para el cobro pero no son puntuales para hacer su trabajo, pésimo servicio.
We paid the reconnection 2 days ago and they still do not put the water on us, they are demanding for the collection but they are not punctual to do their job, terrible service.

Mi admiración y respeto a la calma y tolerancia de las empleadas de CIAPACOV,. ante las quejas justas o no pero si irrespetuosas de muchos usuarios que consideran injustos sus cobros.
Cuidemos el agua, valoremos el agua.
The offices are very well located, with parking, scarce, but one quickly vacates.
My admiration and respect for the calm and tolerance of CIAPACOV employees. before fair or not but if disrespectful complaints from many users who consider their charges unfair.
Let's take care of the water, let's value the water.
