Bad experience here. Changed USD (bunch of 20s) to pesos. I counted my USD twice before entering the banco and had the calculations all figured out. Watched the teller count my USD correctly 3 separate times. He then gives me the pesos, and it’s way under. I look at the slip and he very intentionally has the USD amount $20 less than what I gave him. I had to call him out on it 3 times before he paid me out what I was due. Didn’t even recount my USD, so I know he was scamming me. Be vigilant!

Don’t go here! They charged my debit card but didn’t give out the money. Fraude!

They charged my account but I never got the cash. Try and avoid!

I tried to withdraw money, but didn’t get the money and my bank was charged. Horrible.

Worked every time when I used it. Good to know: the declarations are in pesos not dollar.

Exchanged USD for pesos, had no issues, decent FX rate. I thought I was cheated and argued with them but it occured it was on the petrol station where I went directly from the bank... To CIBanco staff: pls accept my apologies, I was completely disoriented. My mistake.

I am not sure why there are so many bad reviews on this. I assume others went at the worst time… I was a little skeptical at first, but had no issues. This ATM worked for me with no issues at all. The surcharge as well as the amount you are taking out will be shown in pesos. When you are about to cash out it will show how much in other currencies as well. I recommend this location.

BEWARE! DO NOT USE! I was visiting Mexico. This ATM did not dispense any cash but charged my bank card! It also did not dispense any receipt so it's difficult to prove anything. Reading other reviews, this has happened to lots of other people too. I'm having to raise a dispute with my bank to try and get the money back! How can this ATM keep doing this to travellers without being fixed? The Santander ATMs further up the street worked without any problems.
