★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are arriving late afternoon or early evening I would spend extra on a taxi or shuttle to Playa Del Carmen, etc. The bus to PDC is a good price (216 pesos) but it takes too long. After a long flight who wants to sit on a bus for 90 minutes?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We used Ado all throughout Yucatán and were nothing but happy. I booked everything through the app and had no issues. There are USB ports above your head, a movie playing in Spanish, and WiFi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ado bus was the most comfortable ride to / from Cancun airport to Playa del Carmen. It was only $10/ticket, buses departed and arrived as scheduled, clean, AC, working bathroom, and tv's playing a movie. We didn't put any luggage under the bus but we put our carry on in an overhead compartment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Playa de Carmen was everything and more. The bus station had seats, bathroom nfor $6 MXN, lots of food. Best place to wait to meet someone. My party was late coming into cancun, so I hung out there. Beach was nearby. Old navy. Ofcourse policia which made me feel safe. I think they said it was a central hub to all I've Mexico.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a bus & taxi station... If you buy a drink from the bar at the entrance/exit... Check your pricing! I ordered two large margaritas, didn't pay attention & later found out they were $30 US each! Definitely not worth the price.
