★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lamentable experiencia ya que entramos y hicimos nuestro pedido de bebidas y comida , pero además nosotros traíamos un alimento y nos lo prohibieron sacar además nos querían cobrar 60 pesos por consumirlo, nos dicen que por empatia hacia las personas que trabajan esta prohibido el consumo de alimentos pero tuvieron poco tacto al mencionar no qur nos estaban viendo por sus cámaras, las formas no fueron las correctas además se les hiba a consumir pero en fin por tampoco perdieron clientes .
No lo recomiendo además no estacionamiento tienen en fin cuestión de gustos pero recuerden algo la regla de los 2 pasos .
1 el cliente siempre tiene la razón.
2 si no la tiene regrese al primer punto .

La comida es rica, su presentación es buena y los precios son acorde a calidad-precio.
Lo pesimo:
Si es que vas a pagar con tarjeta, te cobran una comisión del 4% (algo que es ilegal, y puede ser denunciado a la CONDUSEF).
En mi caso particular, el mesero se equivoco de platillo 2 veces, trayendome cosas distintas a las que en un principio le había pedido ( y eso que lo apuntó en su libreta).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hermoso lugar, romántico, accesible, y limpio, solo que deberían tener estacionamiento y productos innovandores, fuera de eso, el lugar es una maravilla, ojo no tiene acceso para personas discapacitadas ya que está en un tejado, si planeas ir con tu familia, tienen mesas grandes, área para fumar y el servicio es super amable y eficiente, solo tenganles paciencia cuando esté lleno.
Beautiful place, romantic, accessible, and clean, only that they should have parking and innovative products, outside of that, the place is wonderful, eye does not have access for disabled people since it is on a roof, if you plan to go with your family, They have big tables, smoking area and the service is super friendly and efficient, just bear with them when it's full.

Lo malo son los baños, es muy incómodo pasar, ya que no cuenta con puertas, solo con cortinas... otro punto desfavorable es que si quieres pagar con tarjeta te quieren cobrar la comisión que ellos deberían cubrir y es muy común en los negocios de la zona. Eso está mal, entiendan que el cliente lo siente como un mal servicio, si ustedes como negocio no quieren asumir la comisión, subanle un peso a cada producto y así nosotros como clientes no nos sentimos "agredidos" por obligarnos a pagar una comisión. Mientras tanto, quienes asistan de preferencia vayan con efectivo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pues está muy padre el lugar pero lo q no me gusta es q tardan mucho en atender !! Si tienen un gran espacio para varias personas pues deben de atender lo más rápido posible y no están atentos a tu mesa con lo q pide , además de q la carne de arrachera estaba dura ?
