★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is actually okay, and the matcha latte tastes pretty good. However, I had my backpack stolen here, and when I informed the staff of this, they were very unhelpful and dismissive. They basically told me I needed to be more careful and that I had to file a claim at one of the government offices if I wanted to check the security camera footage. Then they seemed to be tired of using Google translate to communicate with us and just stopped helping us altogether.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An interesting cafe, they offer different coffee blends, and a variety of drinks (hot and cold), sweet and semi sweet. Also, they sell food, such as croissants, sandwiches, and cakes. The cafe sells a variety of souvenirs, that you can buy at the same time, such as cups, thermos, coffee makers and coffee pots.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cielito Querido Café in the “Reforma Latino” Tower, has no tables/seats to take your coffee there, the only pro that it has is that it offers great views of Paseo de la Reforma.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This shop is part of a large Mexican coffee shop chain, sort of the green mermaid's counterpart. Only it's way better. They have great coffee based drinks but also teas and fruity options.
Their bakery is also great. I love the horchata with espresso, do get one if you're into creamy drinks. Also, their staff is really friendly and helpful! Muchas gracias querido Cielito Querido ?
