★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El sabor, calidad y precio muy bueno. Le quito una estrella por el mal gusto del personal del mostrador en condicionar el baño del lugar. Ya que quería que primero consumiera y después pudiera usar el sanitario. Osea primero comer y despues lavarse las manos??.
 Very good taste, quality and price. I take away a star because of the bad taste of the counter staff in conditioning the bathroom of the place. Since he wanted me to consume first and then be able to use the toilet. I mean eat first and then wash your hands??.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El menú buen, la preparación bien, sólo el servicio mal, llegué y estaba solo una persona preparando una bebida, ni volteó para pedir que esperara a algún compañero, pasaron 3 minutos y nadie me atendió, decidí pasar a una mesa a esperar, la mesa estaba sucia... en fin volví a caja cuando había ya otras 2 personas y atendieron como de costumbre.
The menu was good, the preparation was good, only the service was bad, I arrived and there was only one person preparing a drink, he didn't even turn around to ask me to wait for a colleague, 3 minutes passed and no one attended me, I decided to go to a table to wait, the table was dirty... in the end I went back to the box when there were already 2 other people and they attended as usual.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No se donde exponer la queja. La plaza donde se ubica este café es muy caro su estacionamiento. No hay muchos negocios y aun asi cobran mucho por su estacionamiento. Por eso motivo no creo volver a consumir con ustedes. Ojala puedan exponer esa queja a la plaza que ni registrada esta. Gracias
I don't know where to complain. The square where this cafe is located is very expensive to park. There are not many businesses and they still charge a lot for their parking. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala atención, llegue a las 8:30 y me dijeron que no podían darme mesa por que se iban a las nueve, no tenían ningún cliente y faltaba media hora para el cierre.
Las bebidas mal preparadas, pues he ido a otras sucursales y nada que ver
La atención del personal deja mucho que desear, no regresaría, ni lo recomiendo.
El estacionamiento de la plaza es pésimo en sus espacios.
Muy decepcionado, pues en las otras sucursales se percibe mayor calidez del personal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lindo lugar y buen café son sus ventajas, pero sus desventajas es que son poco amables las señoritas y precios un poco caros en sus productos. Las instalaciones son lindas y dependiendo de la compañía puedes pasarla muy bien.
Nice place and good coffee are its advantages, but its disadvantages are that the ladies are unfriendly and prices are a bit expensive for their products. The facilities are nice and depending on the company you can have a great time.
