★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si hubiera más estrellas daría más. Excelente clínica, desde la chica de recepción y los médicos. Siempre sacan a mi gatito adelante, son atentos, amables y lo más importante son super acertados en sus diagnósticos. Le dan un trato excelente a las mascotas.
 If there were more stars I would give more. Excellent clinic, from the girl at the reception and the doctors. They always take my kitten forward, they are attentive, kind and most importantly they are super accurate in their diagnoses. They treat pets excellently.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desafortunadamente esta vez la atención no fue a la que estaba acostumbrada, especialmente el trato de una de las Doctoras que no quiso atender a un gatito en situación de calle. Teníamos cita y paso a otro pacientito perro que estaba muy guapo y bañado y llego sin cita.
Finalmente y muy profesional nos atendió el Dr Lugo.
El día que fui por cenizas del gatito, esa misma Dra, estaba en la recepción muy arrogante y con un ego más grande que ella, al parecer se quedo a ver que actitud tenia pues atrás de mi salio ella, con su ego muy bien puesto. Agradezco a Cihuacoatl por los buenos tiempos.
Viajar de tan lejos para que te traten mal no es grato.
Unfortunately this time the care was not what she was used to, especially the treatment of one of the Doctors who did not want to treat a kitten in a street situation. We had an appointment and I passed another patient dog who was very handsome and bathed and came without an appointment.
Finally, and very professional, we were attended by Dr Lugo.
The day I went for the kitten's ashes, that same Dra, was very arrogant at the reception and with an ego bigger than her, apparently she stayed to see what attitude she had because behind me she came out, with her ego very well placed . I thank Cihuacoatl for the good times.
Traveling so far to be treated badly is not pleasant.

Enero 2022. Llevamos a un gato adulto de emergencia el sabado en la madrugada.
Le tomaron placa de pata trasera pues se quejaba (mal tomada la placa), estudios de sangre, y lo hospitalizaron 2 días. Al final dijeron que tenía leucemia (sin hacerle un test específico para eso) y recomendaron la eutanasia!!! Que ya no comía solo el garo según.
Afortunadamente acabamos de llevar al gatito con otros veterinarios para otra opinión. Ambos coinciden, la placa de su pata está mal tomada, los análisis de sangre no muestran algo de leucemia, por ende se le hizo test de leucemia y sida felino y ¡salió negativo! (cosa que debieron de hacer antes de diagnosticar leucemia y recomendar la eutanasia)
El gato 3 hrs después de salir de ahí está comiendo poco pero solo.
Pésimos para diagnosticar pero eso sí buenos para cobrar casi 3 mil pesos de cuenta, ¡para demandarlos por incompetentes!
De este lugar solo es la fama. No se fien.
Agrego evidencia de la cuenta y la prueba negativa con el otro veterinario. Fueron 700 de la segunda noche.

January 2022. We took an adult emergency cat on Saturday morning.
They took a rear leg plate because he complained (badly taken the plate), blood tests, and he was hospitalized for 2 days. In the end they said he had leukemia (without doing a specific test for that) and they recommended euthanasia!!! That he no longer ate only the garo according to.
Fortunately we just took the kitten to other vets for another opinion. Both coincide, the plate of his leg is wrongly taken, the blood tests do not show any leukemia, therefore he was tested for leukemia and feline AIDS and it came out negative! (which they should have done before diagnosing leukemia and recommending euthanasia)
The cat 3 hours after leaving there is eating little but alone.
Lousy to diagnose but yes good to collect almost 3 thousand pesos of account, to sue them for incompetence!
This place is only fame. I don't know.
I add evidence of the account and the negative test with the other vet. It was 700 from the second night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lleve a esterilizar a mi gato, el precio se me hizo accesible, la atención considero fue adecuada, aunque no daban muchos detalles, no me gusto que se quedaran a mi mascota durante mucho tiempo (porque fue la primera vez que los visito). Sin embargo confías en el trabajo.
Cuenta con poco espacio para estacionar carros, en la calle lo puedes dejar sin problema asegurándote de no invadir.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todo bien con la esterilización de mi gatito, solo que mi mamá no leyó con atención la hoja a firmar y se llevó la sorpresa de que se tatuó la oreja del gatito, algo muy discreto pero no lo esperaba. En general todo el personal fue atento por llamada y presencialmente, el costo fue muy accesible comparado con otros veterinarios.
