★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevé a mi gatita con una herida abierta por las posibles consecuencias de una mala reacción del hilo cuando la esterilizaron en una campaña hace 8 meses; la metieron a urgencias , le limpiaron la herida y me la entregaron con indicaciones de medicamentos que sí le compré; en la mañana siguiente el orificio de la herida era muy grande y les llamé para que me dijeran qué podía hacer; y la persona que me respondió me dijo que por el momento no tenian espacio para operarla y me recomendó otra clínica en Echegaray, osea! que fácil para ellos y mejor la lleve con otro veterinario que conozco.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi perro sufrió una TORSIÓN GASTRICA, obviamente tenia que ser atendido a la brevedad. Mi veterinario de confianza me recomendó CIMA al ser la clínica veterinaria con urgencias más cercana a mi hogar, sin embargo al llegar ahí NO QUISIERON ATENDERLO.
Afortunadamente lo pude llevar a otra clínica de urgencias y se salvó. Pero de verdad que mala experiencia y más por la angustia de salvar a mi perro.
My dog suffered a GASTRIC TORSION, obviously he had to be treated as soon as possible. My trusted veterinarian recommended CIMA to me as it was the closest emergency veterinary clinic to my home, however, when I got there, THEY DID NOT WANT TO ATTEND IT.
Fortunately, I was able to take him to another emergency clinic and he was saved. But really bad experience and more because of the anguish of saving my dog.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar tiene estacionamiento, me agrado el trato que se nos dió al igual que a mi mascota, la persona que nos atendio fue súper amable y nos explico todo lo que posiblemente podría tener nuestra mascotas ya que ahí no contaban con el especialista que necesitaba, es una buena opción la consulta tiene un costo normal ya que es una clínica, los tratamientos si tienen costos más elevados pero es mi mejor opción en cuanto a consultas

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La peor experiencia veterinaria en la zona. Acudimos por el número de buenas referencias que tiene y por la cercanía a nuestro domicilio. Sin embargo, la atención deja MUCHO que desear. La atención de mi mascota estaba cerca de ser una emergencia, no nos pasan porque indican que es con cita y nos piden esperar. Cuando por fin nos pasan a un consultorio (después de una hora), nos dejan esperando. Al paso de 10 minutos, entran y nos dicen que salgamos, ¡PORQUE LLEGÓ UNA DE SUS CITAS! Nos tuvimos que retirar y dirigirnos a otra clínica. Nefasta su atención. Lástima no poder ponerle cero estrellas.
The worst veterinary experience in the area. We went because of the number of good references you have and because of the proximity to our home. However, the care leaves a LOT to be desired. My pet's care was close to being an emergency, they did not pass us because they indicate that it is by appointment and they ask us to wait. When we are finally brought into an office (after an hour), they leave us waiting. After 10 minutes, they come in and tell us to go out, BECAUSE ONE OF THEIR APPOINTMENTS ARRIVED!
